Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be wrapped and stored in the freezer, we will pick it up.  Please don't throw it away, we receive a credit if we have the item.  You'll receive a full refund, replacement or store credit
